Hugo at the Lowestoft store was extremely friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. I popped back in a couple of times before actually placing our order and Hugo assisted me each and every time and even remembered my name and greeted me. We ended up just ordering a mattress this time as we plan to makeover our bedroom in a few years time and I know just where I will be heading when I want to order my super king bed!

The assistant (HUGO) was helpful, stood off when we asked and when we asked for help and explanation was knowlegable and helpful. He insisted we lay on the mattress we bought and others to compare quality and firmness. He explained pricing and options clearly. We were very satisfied with our experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Both times. The only slightly negative results that I have given was because I was buying a sofa bed, not a bed, which has not been delivered yet, and so the questions did not apply.
