Stephen was very helpful and answered all our questions. He even went as far as to show us all the different type of springs/memory mattresses on offer.

Staff. Went out of their way to help us gave us plenty of time . Stephen and Wendy can't be faulted. The only problem we have had is not enough time to type this as not able type fast enough

Friendly staff, good product display although pricing displayed seemed to indicate the display bed was for the divan AND mattress which was not the case. Product is comparatively good value.

Hugo the sales assistant was really good, he was very knowledgeable about the products, very friendly, had time for us, he gave 100% made us feel really special even though we only bought a mattress, come out of the store really happy and in a good mood for the rest of the day. If only every shop had sales assistants like Hugo.

We bought a sofa bed and the delivery was quicker than we expected.

A really pleasurable shopping experience with Wendy and her two colleagues all of who went out of there way to help us choose the best bed for my needs following my recent house fire, without at all being pushy or giving pressure to hurry up and place an order, like many of your competitors. They made myself and my partner a cup of coffee and after asking about our needs and budget Wendy preceded to show us both the beds available and explain and demonstrate what different mattresses would be like on different bed bases, then when we chose a bed we were given a good deal. All in all a pleasure to deal with and certainly a store I would recommend to others.

We were seen by staff member called michela. She was very friendly and approached us within minutes of us entering the store. We were looking for a single mattress for our daughter and she very promptly found us the perfect one for her.

We initially just came to Dreams for a look. I bought a bed and mattress from Dreams 8 years ago and tried to change it under the guarantee because I found it too hard and found it impossible to do - so I wasn't really inclined to buy a bed from you again. However your salesman Stephen was helpful enough to give us the correct information but was also respectful and unobtrusive. We went away and looked in other stores and laid on much more expensive beds and were followed around by annoyed salesman who wanted us to spend lots of money. We had had enough - on our way back to the car, we returned to Dreams one more time and Stephen was friendly and helpful, gave us as much time as we needed to make a decision, even though it was close to closing time and we realised that the mattress that we both liked best was here at Dreams. So we bought it there and then. Please forward our thanks to Stephen, bed shopping had become a chore and something that we couldn't agree on and he helped us more than he realises.
