Dreams - Lowestoft

Myself and my family could not be more pleased with the staff at Dreams of Lowestoft. They were knowledgeable, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We actually spent well over an hour in the store and were made cups of hot drinks and had everything explained in detail. We are extremely pleased with the choice of bed that we choose and can't wait for it to arrive. Thanks again

We had visited the store 3 or 4 times before to view this bed and to be sure it was the one we wanted and each time we were greeted by Michaela who was very friendly and polite and immediately recognised us from previous visits she wasn’t pushy but agreed it was a good quality bedstead. So when we visited on 25th it had been reduced by £100 for Black Friday weekend we decided it was the time to make the purchase. We were given a coffee while the sale was being prosessed and treated very well by all staff. It was a very pleasant experience and we were made to feel very special customers.

Excellent customer service from a knowledgable colleague. The staff were very proud of their new Lowestoft store and determined to make our shopping experience just right for us. They even offered a cup of tea whilst we completing the paperwork. Not a pushy sales experience just good caring customer service.

We only went into the store to purchase a pillow but were impressed with the amount of beds on display and the friendly staff.

We were served by Wendy and I must say what a lovely and very helpful lady . She really went out of her way to find everything for us. I must say what a lovely store you have in Lowestoft. I will definitely be recommending this store to my family and friends.

WAS MADE TO FEEL WELCOME, WE WHERE MADE A COFFEE, EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM MICHAELA LOWESTOFT STORE

On entering the store the staff were very friendly and welcoming, this included not pouncing on you as soon a you stepped through the door, but gave you enough time to look around before assisting us with any quarries we had. We were shown a couple a mattresses that would suit us and the advantages and disadvantages of each and having little tips of care ect, this included us in testing out different mattresses. The knowledge of the store, company and products were very high. They understood our financial needs and offered to take away the deposit that we were meant to pay up for and added this to the 0% offer we also received for our monthly payments. We are very satisfied in purchasing from Dreams (Lowestoft) and this is mainly down to the two members of staff that were on duty on the day that made us feel more welcome, their knowledge based on the products and the genuine enjoyment of helping their customers. This experience has been far greater than any other service we have received whilst searching for a new mattress from other retail outlets.
