Sales assistant very helpful and gave us all the information needed and not pushy but spent time listening to our needs, had plenty of time to show us all the products we enquirer about

Freindly staff

We were left to view the products and were not harrassed. We were offered coffee and biscuits which we gratefully accepted. The staff were extremely efficient once we asked for assistance. We had our previous Dreams mattress for 12 years and it was so comfortable. We would not settle for anything less. We cannot wait for the new mattress. We are currently enjoying two of the cool pillows. Thank you.

Knowledgeable assistant, good advice , hustle free

Friendly staff, clean and easy lay out of store. Staff remembered us from visiting before and even remembered what we had been interested in. Friendly service and would use the lowestoft store again. Lovely team
