Dreams - Lowestoft

We were given lots of advice and assistance by the staff - even a cup of coffee - and were happy with the treatment we received. There was plenty of choice of products, and a wide range of prices.

Nice store with friendly knowledgeable staff. Gave us good assistance without being pushy.

We were met by a lad called Stephen who was very helpful and knowledgeable and just seemed please to talk to us about beds. Another nice lady came and offered us a cup or tea or coffee but we said no thanks. Around 20 minutes of looking and laying on almost all of the beds she came back and asked again which was lovely and we accepted :) We left with a brand new TV bed and Mattress both of which in the 20% sale so all in all a great visit.

Easy to get to, easy parking and accessible friendly staff

The assistant was very helpful and showed me what beds they had in my price range and not once judged me because I didn't have a high budget to spend

We were welcomed at the entrance with a drink. Beds that weren't available in store were shown in a large screen.
