Member of staff listen to us and understood our needs and requirements and pointed us in the right direction for the type of mattress we needed and encourage us to try lying on it like we would at home 😀

We were not sure how to buy a new mattress that would suit us (both early 70s) all our questions were answered and we gradually narrowed our choice to two mattresses and selected the more expensive of the twt. Your colleague was extremely friendly and helpful thoughout

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They listened to what me and my wife wanted and made excellent recommendations. When we wanted to make a purchase the process was quick and easy. We couldnt fault anything and left the store very happy with our experience so far and are looking forward to having our new mattress delivered.

Richard was fantastic with our 3yr old daughter and gave her some biscuits as she was so well behaved, he entertained her whilst showing my husband and myself different types of beds and mattresses, we tried lots of different firmness to work out which would be the best option as we like different types! We only went in to have a look and for future price reference but was so impressed we brought a much more expensive tv bed, mattress, cooling protector, bed and mattress cover than anticipated. Michaela took over from Richard and made us a lovely coffee, tea and gave my daughter a bottle of water whilst we ordered and went through the paperwork. Absolutely fantastic service very very pleased with our purchase, can’t wait to have our first night in our first marital bed (current one is my husbands before we met, so must be well over 10 yrs old, eeew yuk!!)

Meet and greet was good, and we were left to browse on our own, but knowing that we could ask questions and seek advice as and when we wanted.

From walking into the store for the first time, we were greeted warmly and offered a hot drink. Our assistant, Richard was very knowledgeable and honest in his opinions. He dealt with our needs extremely well and quoted several options to us. We initially went in for a new mattress and came away with a new bed, new mattress and new pillows, but we were not forced into this decision, it was the good value for money on the goods that swayed us. We were greeted with a coffee, guided to areas in the store, and left to browse in our own, but knowing that we could ask questions and seek advice when and if we needed to. When we had made up our minds the assistant understood our needs and offered further guidance re products at the time. The order process was speedy and delivery when we need it.

Everything went smoothly with selecting the product and placing the order. Nothing to complain about.
