I was very pleased to have chosen Dreams to find my new mattress -- with in b a few minutes I was approached by an assistance who gave me all the attention that I needed She was very helpful and I would recommend the store to anyone.

The goods were exactly what we wanted and the staff were very helpful.

My wife and I were greeted on entering the store and offered assistance,which we accepted. Our needs having been ascertained we were shown the various options open to us, product differences being explained in a straightforward manner which was very easy to understand. During this stage refreshments were offered, having tried the various items and settled on our choice we then moved onto the order process, which went off without any problems. The visit proved to be very easy, no hard sell in evidence to put you off, just politeness and a good knowledge of the products in store.

Good selection of beds/mattresses on display, staff very helpful but not pushy. we took our time and tried out several mattresses before finally deciding. Offered a cup of coffee.

I was assisted the day before by Stephen who was very knowledgable. Michaela then took me through the sales process and was most helpful. She was assisted by Wendy who was also extremely pleasant.

From the time we entered the shop we found a very friendly face which made us very relaxed, the person who helped us was polite and friendly she was not forceful, she explained every thing we asked which was the best mattress for us From the start to the finish the service was 10 out of 10

Wendy the store assistant was very friendly not pushy and appeared very knowledgeable. We did not feel hurried into making a choice.
