Very satisfied with the experience of buying the mattress

Michaela was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff in the Lowestoft store were both friendly and efficient. We were trying to find a sofa bed which would be comfortable for visitors and had had to return a previous order which would not go up our cottage narrow staircase. The shop staff went to endless trouble to find something which would fit, provided colour swatches and were exemplary in their conduct during what was not an easy purchase. I would particularly like to mention Wendy today and Michaela on a previous visit. A gentleman on loan from another store was also extremely helpful. From our experience we would not hesitate to recommend this store to friends and acquaintances.

Outstanding attention from staff, but not overbearing. Could not fault anything at all

When me and my partner entered the store, we were looking to purchase a new mattress but we didn’t know what we were looking for but with the amazing deals that were on offer, we purchased a whole new bed and mattress at the same time! We weren’t sure what to even look for seeing as we’ve only ever just bought cheap, but with the help from Michaela we found our perfect bed and mattress for us. She let us try mattresses out, gave us different pillows to try, gave us loads of different options of colour, headboards, draws etc on the bed! She was lovely, really helpful towards our needs and choosing what we wanted because we didn’t realise how much there was to choose from when choosing a bed and all the options available!

I found the staff very helpful and friendly and new what they were talking about I would recommend this store to all of my friends and family .

We were welcomed into the store by a very friendly sales assistant, she listen to what we needed and gave us some good advice on the new bed frame and upgrading to the better spec tv and highly recommended the ottoman lift up facility. We were offered a cup of coffeee which was very much enjoyed. The staff were friendly and attentive without being over bearing

I was made to feel very welcome. The assistants had good knowledge and were patient. I was given a coffee and tried some lovely pillows.

Richard was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what we were looking to buy. We were offered tea or coffee which was very well appreciated and we took up the offer. I felt that the overall service was second to none as all the queries my wife and I had about the product were quickly explained and put our minds at rest and we were only to pleased to go ahead with the purchase of the fantastic bed with a TV.

The sales person Richard was extremely helpful with showing us the available options, not just the most expensive but one that we wanted. He helped us pick the right mattress to suit and was brilliant with our 2 yr old daughter who was jumpinmg around the beds. He took her hand (actually she took his hand but he went with it) and allowqed us some time to look at what we wanted.
