Dreams - Lowestoft

On entering the Lowestoft store, I was approached by the friendly, smiling, Store Manager. She put me at my ease immediately and straightaway understood what I was looking for in a new mattress. I thought I might feel embarrassed lying on a bed in the middle of a shop, but Wendy couldn’t be more helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the mattresses, explaining clearly the make up of different mattresses. She was very patient and listened carefully to my preferences, giving me good advice and letting me know the pros and cons of each mattress I tried - and there were quite a few! I was offered a drink and really felt that I was a valued customer. After choosing my mattress, Wendy explained all about the insurance cover, delivery times and the removal of my old mattress, in a clear and friendly way, without being patronising. I would certainly recommend this store and their staff.

The guy who served us was excellent and as we had our 2 children with us he made them very welcome as well as getting them involved, the guys name was Hugo and he was very very good with us and nothing was to much trouble

The assistant was so helpful and gave more time to us than expected. He was not too pushy with extras. Explained everything with great knowledge to fit our needs
