Dreams - Lowestoft

The shop manager who served me in your lowestoft branch was brilliant and so very helpful and understanding as I'm going through a very difficult and sad time in my life at the moment. She took time to talk to me and comfort me.

The assistant was very helpful and let us take as much time as we liked to make up our minds. She was very knowledgeable and answered our questions satisfactorily

Highly satisfied with the service, we were served by Hugo and he did everything possible to ensure I understood everything, I knew what the prices were and what items were discounted etc. Can’t fault the service.

The staff were really knowledgable on what I needed to know. But not pushy which I gate made me feel like I didn't have to rush a decision.

I was served by a lady called Wendy in the Lowestoft store. She was unbelievably helpful. If every shop had employees like her the high street would be thriving. Her colleague also intervened and gave a helpful suggestion at one point.

The manager of the store approached me and showed me the beds i was interested in. She gave me some time to look and think once she had offered me a drink. She then assisted me with trying out mattresses whilst being friendly and professional with her knowledge.

Friendly staff on hand when needed, did not haunt us round the store when we viewing products. Nice surprise of free pillows. Would definitely recommend to friends. 10/10
