Dreams - Lowestoft

Stephen dealt with myself great product knowledge of all the products and offers explaining in detail and happy to go round and test different mattresses to make sure I got what I wanted. So glad I went into the store as the items that I was going to buy online wouldn't have suited me so to be able to talk about and try out was so valuable. First time I've used dreams and I will be a return customer. Even down to the knowledge of what happens to your old mattresses ( an option that I took up as they are recycled so we should all take this up). Can't thank you enough for the great products and value for money and fabulous customer service in store.

The assistant Michaela could not have been more helpful. She understood immediately what my requirements were and explained everything about the manufacture of the mattress I would need for my problems. A very good experience as I was feeling a bit down. She made me coffee and we had a good chat. I left feeling very happy with my purchase.

We have purchased from this store before so therefore we returned again when we needed another bed. The service was very good before and has been equally good this time. Wendy was very helpful but not pushy, and she listened to our requirements.

Hugo the sales advisor was very helpful and patient and gave us lots of time to make our decision. We only went in store to buy a mattress topper and bought a £700 mattress! But we are happy with our purchase. Can't wait for it to arrive
