the gentalman was very thoughtful explained every thing to do with the product we needed to know he was very kind and thoughtful the bed is for my handy capped son he was very helpful

Hugo the person that helped was very friendly and offered tea and coffee. Even put different mattresses down to help us

I found the staff well informed with not only the item purchased but with all products on display. They went out of there way to make you relaxed and at ease, very helpful without being in your face or pushy with there sales talk.

Hugo in the lowestoft branch went above and beyond for us. He spent the time with us and our children, making them very much at ease with him. Allowed us to try several mattresses on several beds. When coming to pay for our bed and mattress Hugo was very thorough. Going through every product in detail and allowing us time to discuss things with one another. Also our 10 month old was unfortunately very sick. Hugo was very helpful in allowing us to get him cleaned up, bringing us towels, wipes and disinfectant.

Michaela was very knowledgeable and helpful, allowed us all the time we needed, was very polite. Made us go from considering a bed to buying one basically. answering all our questions or sourcing the answer if needed from the PC ( such as prices and quotes )

Welcoming personnel answered our questions and showed us the products we were interested in and explained the options

The colleagues were great, they took time to get us to properly try the beds, helped us find the right mattress and really got to know us. built up a good rapport with us to find out why we were going for the size bed we chose, showed us all the storage drawers that we didn't see and even played with and spoke to my six year old girl. Offered her sweets and biscuits which made it so much easier when sitting down and going through the finance.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They made an effort to talk to my little girl and entertain her as well during the visit which meant me and my husband could concentrate on purchasing our items.

Your assistant Michaela was very pleasant and helpful. She gave me a good choice of products and the opportunity to try out the mattress I'd chosen. She also explained the terms of sale concisely and with enthusiasm. She is a real asset for your sales staff at this store in Lowestoft.
