Dreams - Lowestoft

Hugo was very helpful when we were picking out our bed and mattress explaining in detail about the specifics of the beds and helping us to stay within the budget and helping with everything from; mattress covers, duvets and everything in between. My girlfriend and I both like different mattresses where one likes soft mattress and one hard mattress and Hugo found us the best mattress we could of asked for. Hugo was very knowledgeable with everything and one of the reason we got the bed and mattress from Dreams was because of Hugo and how welcoming and knowledgeable.

Hugo and Michaella were the most attentive retail staff I have ever experienced. Despite walking into the store after 1830hrs we were not rushed or made to hurry at any time. Hugo explained fully the reasons why he was showing us specific products based on my explained requests and allowed us time to experience them before making our choice. We were even given a cup of tea and told to relax and take our time. After 1900hrs they just closed the door and continued helping in our product choice. I know I have purchased the right product and that it mainly down to the helpful staff

WAS APPREHENSIVE GOING SO TOOK MY DAUGHTER-IN-LAW WITH ME.WE ENTERED THE SHOP TO A VERY FRIENDLY FACE (HUGO). WE WERE MADE TO FEEL VERY RELAXED AND HUGO WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS. WE PURCHASED THE BED AND ALSO THE PILLOWS WE WERE ABLE TO TRY. AFTER OUR VISIT WE TOLD EVERYONE ABOUT HUGO.HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS 100% IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT VISIT .

Your colleague could not have been more helpful and friendly. He knew our budget and helped us to find what we wanted within that budget. He did not pressure us to buy more expensive items.
