The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable, but not at all pushy,making the experience pleasurable.

The store was clean tidy and it was easy to find the item to match our needs. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, while we browsed. A young man named Hugo assisted us with our order, offering us refreshments while the paperwork was completed. Hugo is a very polite professional young man . The first time we have ever received such a high level of service in any store in Lowestoft - excellent.

Highly satisfied with the service we received and knowledge of product required, but only downsize was the store did not have the sofa bed we wanted to see instore. We would have preferred to see the actual sofa bed we bought before buying.

Michaela was very professional great knowledge of all the bed range pointed out the pros and cons of them all. Extremely warm and welcoming but not pushy or over the top in selling to us

Hugo was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable member of staff. we entered the store 3 times and each time he was the same (even though he knew we would not buy the first visit) he took the time to get to know us, our background, and why we are coming into the store. he is your ideal employee.

Had looked on line for mattress & liked one on your website but I also like to see it before I buy so went to local store (Lowestoft) Although there was not one on show Hugo showed me others similar so I could judge firmness etc. He then ordered & arranged delivery. I didn't feel rushed or persuaded to buy something I didn't want.
