The young man who served me was called Stephen,he was extremely polite ,helpful and knowledgeable about the products I purchased

From the moment we entered the store Richard was attentive, friendly and helpful. Good product knowledge and explained options open to us also pointing out pros and cons when we found ourselves with a choice between two.

On arrival in the store we were created by a very friendly salesperson who explained how the layout of the store worked and the products available. He then offered his assistance in order to make sure we selected the corrected mattress.

Sales staff Hugo took time to listen to our needs and did not push for time , excellent service

We liked the way the beds were grouped by type and colour-coded. We were served by Michaela who was charming, friendly and knowledgeable. The bed seems like a really high-quality mattress - it is definitely the most expensive mattress we have ever bought, but it is really comfortable, and we now wake up without the bad backs we used to suffer from. The payment arrangements made the buying process straight forward, and the delivery options made everything easy too. We wanted a really good quality mattress and that's what we have. Thank you.

Upon entering the store we were greeted by Stephen who asked if he could help, then left us to look about hassle free. When we spoke about purchasing the desired mattress and frame we were shown a cheaper substitute to try. We were given plenty of time to decide which was best for us and he was polite and friendly
