The staff were all very friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. We were greeted at the door but then given time to look round ourselves. When required help, the staff were there and very informative.

I phoned the Lowestoft branch and spoke to a man called Hugo, he answered my query and was extremely helpful. When I went to collect my reserved item he asked me to sit down and relax, he offered me a beverage which I thought was very kind.

I needed a bed for when my 85 year old mum visits end of the month (4 weeks). I did go to other shops first and was quoted 6-10 weeks delivery time. :( I asked your assistant (Wendy) about delivery times before I wasted more of my time looking around. She was very helpful and said it could be delivered in under 2 weeks. Advice also given on mattresses for very occasional use. I don't have a lot of time for shopping and this visit was quick. Very helpful friendly staff - thanks. Mum will be pleased she won't be sleeping on the floor. :)
