Left us alone to look at mattresses but did say if help need then she was available - GREAT just how I want to shop with no interference - she was great when we then ordered

I walked in looking for a mattress topper which you don’t do and instead came out with a mattress, two pillows and delivery a few days later! I was invited to try and number of beds after discussing my needs, likes and dislikes and felt I was listened to. No hard sell.

The assistant was very helpful and friendly, showing me the different mattresses and explaining the colour coding. I was also provided with the perfect pillow for lying down and testing.

I have visited the branch on several occasions, with my children, the representitive that helped me was HUG he was knowledgable and friendly and helped me to purchase the right product for me. On top of this he was accomadating to the children needs to whilst letting us to decide the product that we wanted. Their were 3 in there today and they all made me feel comfortable , by chatting and including us in their conversation. It was a very hot day and the store temp was perfect, and hugo offered us all drinks. There was no pressure to buy, just very informative information. I loved the fact that he also recommended some pillows for us ( which i know we needed up getting in our bundle) but i would shave bought these as well if I had chosen a different mattress. I loved the fact I walked away with everything i needed. Hugo is the most friendliest sales person that made me feel totally at ease, he is a credit to the company.

very helpful gentleman who took us through the various products and explained the different ranges, then gave us time to think through the information and then he was back to further help and advise, at no time was he pushy or overbearing, allowing us to make up our minds.

The gentlemen who assisted me and my daughter, were happy, friendly, knowledgable and experienced. They were able to assist my fussy13 year to make an informed decision, which she is very happy with. They offered us both drinks. Richard and Hugo were both excellent advisors and helped us, and made what would normally be a rather stressful shopping trip, into a relaxed and satisfactory experience
