I visited the shop on 3 occasions before we purchased our new bed, each time we were given advice and help on what we wanted. Staff were very friendly and were very helpful

We managed to get what we wanted, which was a low bed to fit in a house with a sloping internal roof.

First ever visit to Dreams, Makaela the store assistant was very welcoming. Very helpful and polite, very knowledgeable about the products in store. Made for a very pleasant experience.

We entered the store just about knowing which product we wanted to buy and the staff were attentive but allowed us the freedom to browse other options without their continual presence but were however always on hand to answer any questions. Once we had finally selected what we required they were so helpful and knowledgeable that it made the whole transaction very easy. Even though it was getting towards closing time they showed no intention of being in a rush to close and were more than ready to answer questions along with offering any refreshments we may have wanted. I would certainly return to the store again and high recommend it.
