Sorry misread the question , I was very satisfied , with every thing, the staff that help me was are very nice man, and I would have probably walked back out the shop if he didn't come and help me, sorry again for ticking the wrong answer,

Assistant was informative and helpful to our needs and made us feel at ease, so much so that i almost fell asleep on the selected bed and pillows.I will definitely recommend Dreams to my friends and family.

THE SALES ASSISTANT KNEW EVERYTHING ABOUT THE THE BED BASE IE DIFFERENT COLOURS STORAGE OR NO STORAGE DOUBLE OR KING SIZE. THE SAME WITH THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF MATTRESSES.

Hugo ,the gentleman that served us, listened to our requirements and made our selection much easier than it might otherwise have been, he was a pleasure to do business with. The delivery was quick and dealt with very efficiently.

Great staff with a great knowledge of all beds and mattresses that we enquired about. Patient and understanding and not pushy in anyway.
