Very friendly, Wasn't made to feel like we have to buy bed, or anything, Very welcoming and highly recommended.

Excellent friendly non pushy staff, both gents were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable , the young lad who completed out order was fantastic we couldn't have been happier with the service he gave us , was in the Lowestoft store his name was Stephen validation code 354 , top marks all round .

The salesman was cheerful and polite. He gave us time to look around after we had had an initial enquiry about the bed we were looking for. He took time to explain about the different types of beds and head boards and could not have more helpful. When I give information about people I always make sure I add truthflully that I did not know the salesman.

Wendy the saleslady was very helpful she helped us to choose the right bed for us,very satisfied with the service she provided.

The sales representative attended promptly to us and expressed a full knowledge of the various bedding products available and drew our attention to the various options available for each product. We were not rushed and we were offered refreshment if we wished whilst deciding which option to choose. The sales representative was smart, well presented and displayed an open and friendly attitude. A mutually beneficial experience all round.

Friendly helpful staff. Once they had acknowledged you and asked if they could help you in any way they left you alone to browse without hassling you ,but were there on hand to offer any advice or answer any questions. Very accommodating when ordering the product and explained everything very well. Would definitely come back here again.

The member of staff was very friendly and helped me choose the perfect mattress for my needs. She engaged with my 2 year old son by giving him paper and colouring pencils whilst we sorted out the paper work.
