Dreams - Lowestoft

I had a problem with my pillow, returning to lowestoft instead of Norwich where it came from and both stores communicated to ensure we didn’t need to travel over 2 hour round trip to return the pillow. Admittedly it would have been easier if dreams have a system where every store can locate all orders. However our problem was solved eventually.

I was pleased with the assistants knowledge and her patience with us as choosing a mattress is no easy task but she was extremely helpful and then being told we could change it after 30 days use was really helpful as you don’t know if it will suit your needs until you have used it.

We were approached on entering the shop to see if we neede any help which at that point we did t as we were browsing. Hugo left us to browse as we had requested . He then approached us again when we laid on a bed to see if we had any questions. He was friendly but not pushy and made suggestions as to which other mattresses may suit our needs. He was very informative about all the products and gave us time to consider our purchase . We then decided to make purchase that day even though that was not our original plan for the day.we had planned to just research what was available and look at prices. There was no pressure to buy that day but everything just fell into place .

We were served by Hugo in the Lowestoft shop. He was one of the best sales guys I have had the pleasure to deal with. He was not pushy at all and his knowledge was excellent. We were offered drinks through the process and as we had out teenage daughter with us also purchased a bed for her, Hugo kept her involved and amused whilst we can then pick mum n dads bed out! We both had back problems and Hugo explained what he thought would be best for us and then tried out various beds to find the one we loved. Hugo also did not push the most expensive bed at us but gave us an informative overview of what he felt it the right choice for us the customer. Top class customer service, well done to Hugo and Dreams. A world apart from competitors in terms of service, friendliness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend to friends.

With such a big purchase to make, the friendliness and knowledge of the staff made it easier to decide on the best option. Having put off this necessary purchase for many months, it was actually a pleasure to make a choice and feel happy at the end of it. At no time were we rushed or pressured into the sale.

When we entered the store in Lowestoft we were greeted immediately by Hugo. He was quick to make us feel welcome and identify our needs. He also won my daughter over with a little game. He offered us tea or coffee, and squash and a cookie for our daughter, and gave us the most amazing pillows to satisfy our needs. He showed us a few matresses within budget and of our description, ensuring we chose which matress suited our needs. On our first visit we didn't have the documents to support our purchases, so we returned 2 days later, to be greeted by Hugo again who also remembered all of our names, exactly what we were looking for and offered for us to try the mattresses out again to be certain we had chosen the correct one. Hugo done his best to find everything we were looking for to which he succeeded. He is a credit to the Lowestoft team. We would definitely return to this store and request the assistance of Hugo. We cannot thank him enough.

Very pleasant buying experience, served by Stephen who gave us plenty of product information, he was friendly and professional. Even gave us a pillow to get the full experience which was so comfortable we purchased 2 !! Will definitely return when we want another bes for our spare room.
