Dreams - Lowestoft

We had previously had bad service from Dreams some time ago so I was a little cautious about our reception. Then we met Hugo! From then on everything clicked and his service to us was excellent. He was friendly and informative and did not pressurise us to purchase. We were offered drinks but did not want them. We were also provided with 'extras' because of the amount we were spending. We were helped to carry goods to our car. Hugo could not have been more helpful.

The salesman Hugo was extremely helpful, he remembered us from a prior visit, which he also assisted us with, and we went away then came back a few weeks later to place an order.

Very pleasant gentleman named Hugo, very very helpful., nice friendly creating with a smile. Listerened to what was looking for, helped measure different size beds so could choose right size for room. Very knowegable, not pushy, very nice man. Very very happy with service . Offered us a drink, asked if there was anything else he could help us with. Normally shopping can be stressful, he made us very relaxed and totally stress free. Very pleasant shopping . My son has mental health and struggles with new places and shopping. Hugo was brilliant with him, very chatty, now's his job and does an excellent job . Thanks for a nice experience.

We were given time and opportunity to try out a number of mattresses, Hugo was very knowledgeable and approachable. He made the experience pleasurable and he makes a great cup of tea

Richard was brilliant throughout our visit, he advised the beds that would be best for us and listened to what we wanted. Excellent customer service. Michaela was also brilliant and delivered great customer service too, also got an acceptable delivery date quickly too. Would definately recommend this store. Thank you both.

Had a good selection of beds and was easly laid out so that we could understand all types and sizes. The salesman was really helpful. And offered us drinks. Very happy with the service.
