Dreams - Lowestoft

We went to the Dreams store in Lowestoft knowing we needed a new mattress but not sure which mattress would be best for us.Hugo soon showed us the different types available in our budget.Hugo clearly explained between pocket spring,memory foam ect. Hugo offered us tea or coffee and looked after us very well.We were left to make our own choice and didn't feel pressured into buying a particular one. Overall it was a pleasent experiance thanks to Hugo.

Hugo & Wendy were both very helpful, knowledgable and understood my exact needs for a comfy, back supporting and cooling rather than heating effect bed. I have ordered and paid for exactly what I needed with a little extra (built in tv with surround sound & sub) for my/our relaxing pleasure and enjoyment of our bed. 😃👍

Was an overall good experience and feel we have been advised really well so look forward to receiving our new bed!!

The visit to the store was made pleasurable by dealing with Hugo, he had a great understanding of the products and could hone in on our requirements. We were made to feel welcome and Hugo took the time to listen to what we wanted from a new mattress. We were offered a drink, and it was very good we were given pillows and allow to fully try out our sleeping position before purchase.

Michaela was both knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or bombastic. She listened to what I was asking for but also took note of what I didn't want and didn't waste time trying to convince me otherwise. She was able to answer all my questions and gave me an honest appraisal of various choices in relation to my needs. I was in there a long time and at no point, not once, did I get the impression that she was getting impatient. Exemplary service.

Hugo at dreams in Lowestoft was an extremely friendly, attentive and knowledgable man! He was very very helpful to us, very professional yet lovely and quite funny at the same time!

A GOOD SELECTION OF PRODUCTS WITH LOTS OF WRITTEN INFORMATION AND READILY AVAILABLE SALES ASSISTANTS TO ANSWER ANY QUE IES. OUR SALES ASSISTANT HUGO WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL OF THE PRODUCTS. HE WAS PATIENT, CHEERFUL WITH A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR AND WAS VERY EFFICIENT.

when i walked in i was a bit over whelmed by the choice but Michaela came to my rescue, and after explaining what i needed she knew straight away which ones to guide me to, there was no pressure to buy a specific one i was free to chose the one i wanted which i did. after discussing all my options we sat down with a lovely cup of tea and went through the ordering and insuring process, Michaela explained every step and checked everything was correct with me and it was all done before i had finished my tea. Michaela could not have been more helpful, she was very knowledgeable and kind.
