Dreams - Lowestoft

We were very satisfied with the lovely welcome and help from Hugo in the Lowestoft Store.

Was very pleased with the service. The salesmen (Hugo) was very friendly and helpful and was able to find me my dream bed. He knew all the information about the beds/mattresses that I needed to know and any query I had he was able to answer. The store was very clean and the pricing structure was very easy to understand. Very happy with my purchase and service.

The assistant was personable, helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us all the information we needed clearly.

I went in with my new husband (We got married last week) and our two children, our son who's 3 and our daughter who's 7 months. We had a look around and the staff were excellent. My son decided he needed the toilet twice during our visit and Hugo gave our daughter some cuddles so we could test out the beds. Stephen was very helpful and understanding, especially when I told him I needed him to talk to me so I could see his mouth as I am partially deaf at the moment. All the staff were so helpful and kind it made a huge difference to our visit, especially in comparison to Mattressman where I had to put in a complaint to their Headoffice because the man serving us was so rude.

Michaela was very professional and caring about my needs and helped 100% While I was with her.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams! Hugo was probably the best sales assistant I have ever come across! He was so kind and chatty and really for filled our needs! It was our first some buying a bed and mattress and we can't thank Hugo enough for being so so lovely and really helping us, he even stayed later than everyone else to help us finish up which was so so kind, we really didn't feel like he wanted to rush us at all but genuine! You are very lucky to have someone so lovely on your team! Thank You!

The staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. The lady who helped us knew what she was talking about and was also great with the children which is definitely a help whilst trying to figure out what we wanted to purchase. We couldn't of asked for a better service from them

It was an enjoyable experience. I wanted to buy a new bed and I was assisted to do so without feeling I was under pressure to purchase. I spent a little more than intended but did so feeling that I had a good deal and happy with my purchase
