Sales staff especially ‘Hugo’ could not have been more helpful and genuinely seemed enthusiastic about products - I ordered wrong sized mattress and telephone staff were excellent and quickly rectified my error

Hugo was very helpful and friendly, he knew what he was talking about and gave me a lot of confidence in what I was getting. The store was very clean and well presented, good choice of most things other than duvet covers

The service we received cannot be faulted the lady serving us went the extra bit to make sure our needs were addressed. A nice young man made us coffee, and a joking conversation was had with all the staff.
