Michaela was very welcoming and friendly. she had a vast knowledge of mattresses which is what we were looking for. she suggested we try out the mattressfinder machine and then helped us select the right mattress. she was very good with my son who became restless and helped soothe him.

Makala was very welcoming warm and friendly and product knowledge was to a high standard above what we expected

The Dreams staff (Michaela and Hugo) were Knowledgeable,polite, willing to take time to assure the consumers in a extremely difficult decision. We were offered coffee which had a calming ,less stressful effect, and the Dream bed print out made a decision in bed selection easier. We were very impressed with their expertise.
