Dreams - Lowestoft

Wasnt bothered by staff when browsing as first visit was comparing with other stores on the retail park. Once we made mind up and came back were greeted at door by chap who asked is then if help or advice n talked us through and guide us. Just moved in together so needed to get right new bed 🙈

I always go to dreams for beds/mattresses. The lady in store was very helpful, listened to what I was looking for and showed me products that were relevant to what I wanted. I purchased a bed and a mattress both with savings on, which I was very pleased about. Overall fantastic service.

Hugo the gentleman who served me was very polite and knew what he was talking about. When purchasing a suitable bed and pillow for me. I tryed three beds and chose the first one Hugo showed me. It's just a shame it's taken a month to come. I am a mobile hairdresser so can wait to try out my new mattress. For my aches and pains. And I will be recommending your shop to everyone.

The salesperson took everything into account for complex needs and was very helpful in my three visits to the store to answer and overcome any questions.

This is the 4th family order in the last few months between myself and mother Hugo has served us both times he spoke to us like we were a friend. I have back issues and mum had disabilities plus her partner had passed away so this is buying all new to start a fresh without him so it’s been heartbreaking as he had a brain tumour and messed the beds and sofas a lot of times and she also has issues with buying new things he totally catered for us both first with beds,sofas and mattresses for myself and mum and then again the second time the same It’s hard being a oversized lady getting on and of beds but we felt totally at ease with Hugo Mum would not go to anyone else We have spent a considerable amount of money and as hard as that it we have peace of mind Hugo has sold us the items that will suit our needs and once again when delivered He truly has the best manners ,patience and understanding that is first needed when attending customers and then the knowledge to literally assist your every need. He is also friendly to staff and they work very well as a team in the store.

Micaela who served us was very polite and professional, we were offered tea or coffee and her product knowledge was fantastic and she answered all our questions without hesitation it was a joy doing business with her.
