Excellent service from the store assistant. Nothing was too much trouble, took time to explain various items even though it was close to closing time and he wasn't aware that we would actually buy any products. We believe he went above and beyond his duty and by the time the sale was completed it was long past his leave off time.

The assistant, Hugo, was friendly & very helpful showing us a variety of mattresses for our needs.

Welcomed as soon as we entered the store. Knowledge of the sales assistant was very good. Did not feel rushed to make a decision as we were allowed to go away to discuss our decision. Wide variety of stock to be seen.

The employee was very welcoming and helpful from the start and throughout. they explained the process of the new bed selection technology and walked us through all the different choices that were suggested and they were very knowledgable and knew exactly what we needed! overall it was a very easy and calm and informative process. Very pleased!

The assistant was very helpful right from the moment we walked into the store. And was very helpful in finding us the bed that would be suitable for us. He was very friendly and made us feel at ease whilst we were trying the different beds in the store. Very good salesman. ( he hid our coats,until we had made a purchase) only kidding.
