Everything went really smoothly, it was no problem at all to get exactly what we were looking for

The lady who served us was lovely couldn't be any more helpful, we were looking for a mattress so she suggested the mattress station to see what mattress would best suit us and then took us to try some mattresses. Me and my partner had our 2 year old daughter with us and she catered for her as well. We had a lovely hot drink made for us biscuits and my daughter had pens and paper to colour I couldn't of asked for it to be any better ver impressed with the customer service and help

Michaela was very helpful today in our lowestoft store. Couldn't have done anymore for us. Was made to feel very welcome and offered us teas and coffees. We tried out a range of beds to suit us and found the perfect combination for us.

Hugo was very helpful, polite & put us on the machine to see which bed would be best. Explaining everything & letting us try different mattresses.

Brilliant customer service, helpfull in helping us to find the options we wanted. Staff were very friendly and comfortable to interact with for me, my nan and my 5yr old.

Having been in store a few months previous we were welcomed by the same very helpful and friendly sales assistant Stephen. He has a brilliant knowledge of all the beds and mattresses and was able to answer all our questions and found us the perfect mattress. He was very honest and we really appreciated his opinion and help.

To be honest we only went in the store to get a price comparison and then we were going to go to a local retailer to look at mattresses. But the guy who helped us was so very helpful and informative that by the end it was only fair that he got the sale.

Highly satisfied with the whole Dreams experience. Especially with the intelligent mattress experience. Staff where very friendly and helpful offering us a hot/cold drink with biscuits. Hugo your salesman at the Lowestoft store had good knowledge of all products that would suit our requirements.

We used the special bed to help decide which type of mattress met our needs, which was fascinating to watch on screen. The assistant was friendly, helpful, patient and very knowledgeable on products and spent a lot of time explaining all the different mattresses and their suitability.
