We were given plenty of help and were therefore satisfied with our purchase

We were not pressurized into buying and were left to talk it over between ourselves as to the reason we were buying the item

The Staff were extremely helpful and not at all pushy, the products were very well presented . The sale of the mattress was catered to our needs with much flexibility. Very satisfied.

I was satisfied the first time. The second time the manager served us and could have used his discretion to discount the delivery fee. I know he could but just chose not to. Minor detail but one that bothered me.

CHRIS welcomed us into the store and asked us what we liked individually in terms of sleeping and firmness of mattress, he showed us a range of mattresses to suit our needs and also suggested a pillow that would make our sleep even better, due to not having much sleep over the past year because of parenthood. Chris also suggested a cooler pillow because I do get warm quite often during my sleep. Chris was very friendly and was also very comical which made me feel at ease. I went in for a mattress and came out with a whole new bed and accessories so I think Chris is definitely a great sales man !

We were in store to replace a mattress that we were unhappy with, and after communicating with customer services, a 20 per cent discount was agreed, even though the mattress had passed the insurance company assessment. The store arranged and managed the discount on out purchase
