The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and assisted in my decision making with regards to the needs of the mattress for the spare bedroom. Not only did the staff assist and answer my questions but they had fantastic customer care skills.

Advice of finding mattress that was good for us, and the technical moving bed to help the Dreams advisor to select a number of mattresses for us to try.(loved the mechanical bed but unable to afford it even with interest free payments. Welcomed to try any bed and offered a drink. Our dreams experience was more than expected and well worth the visit. We bought the mattress that suited us with additional items added(4 pillows, mattress protection cover and our our mattress recycled) at reasonable cost the fit our price range. Delivery was very good and we will receive the bed Monday. Thank Dreams.

The employee (Simon) who I dealt with was very helpful. After speaking via the telephone he went away to do some research and then called me back with an update on what he had available that would meet my needs.

Polite Professional Knowledgable Amusing

Richard welcomed us as we came into the store but then left us to walk around the store and take a look at the beds, by doing this we didn’t feel pressured and we were able to take our time. He then introduced us to the sleep machine that was great to find out our best mattress and from then he showed us the mattresses best fitted to us, after we decided on a bed and mattress it was quick and easy to secure the products and set a delivery date for just 1 months time. He also confirmed the extras so we also included pillows, insurance and got a mattress topper

My daughter who recently purchased a £100 mattress from Argos without fully understanding how cheap and nasty a £100 mattress is. So after my experience of Dreams when I purchased a double mattress for my bed I took her to Dreams where between the assistant and my price range came to a mattress that was within my range and my daughter tried and was delighted with the purchase.

Chris was a very friendly and polite salesman who gave us lots of information and enough time to consider our options
