Very helpful assistant had the bed I wanted at a good price and threw in some extras. Even had a cup of coffee

Stuart the store manager was excellent and guided us fantastically. His colleagues were also friendly and offered their assistance at every opportunity

Because Chris from Talbot Green was very understanding on the medical problems I have and can relate also, he was so nice to talk to while I lead on the bed for around 30 mins made my daughter a nice cup of tea, hand you had very clean toilets, the service from Chris was 10/10 and I would defo recommend going to the store to my friends, no pressure sales so talk about what bed he had or what his wife thought and he was a delight . After complaing about certain staff attitudes on an earlier visit I was in the area so thought I would give it one last try. This time I was met by mike who sold me a mattress by not selling to me he shared his infectious knowledge and attitude when sitting down to pay he still had the ability to carry on chatting without so I just hope my slèep will be a dream.
