The new technology used to decide which type of mattress I required was brilliant, and I could have fallen asleep on the bed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival within the store, we were left alone for a while to ponder over the various products offered in-store. In particular, we were out to purchase a mattress (double) of which we were allowed sufficient time to pursue the various items available to us. Once we were ready a member of staff was on hand in order to support us with any questions or concerns that we may have had. We were allowed to try out some of the well known brands that were of our own choosing and both felt that although there were more expensive items along with others not so expensive, we were not pressurised into any sale. Left to our own decisions, we then listened to the full details of the item we were about to purchase. In addition we were allowed to try each item to ensure were making the correct purchase.

Superb level of assistance from staff member, excellent knowledge and attention to detail, delivery time better than expected

As we entered the store we were not pestered by the sales staff and allowed to browse at will. When we did engage with the staff we were very well advised on our needs even undertaking a sleep diagnosis on the electronic body bed. After being advised on our needs as a couple we were shown mattresses that were suitable for both of us different to the ones we had previously looked at and given plenty of time to lay on each to assess its comfort. The staff were very friendly offering us coffee and friendly chat, and did not act like sales agents at all which was so refreshing.

I found shopping at Dream's was a pleasure, the staff were very helpful and friendly. I have shopped at Dream's in the past, but I have not been made to feel so valued in the past. The staff were truly a Dream!!

Christopher, our Assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was not too persistent which was nice and refreshing from previous experience with showroom salesmen. He ensured that we were given all information and it was also a nice touch to be offered refreshments- not expected. The interactive bed was really useful in determining the type of bed I needed- I was under the impression that I needed a firm bed, but the machine informed me otherwise. I have already mentioned this feature to friends and family. It should be advertised more!! Thank you Dreams and I look forward to many a night of good sleep thanks to the product and service provided!

The staff the very helpful and listened to our every need. They took the time to find and help us and they were very possitive and happy.

The lady was very helpful, considerate and mindful of our requirements, both physical & financial. She was also patient and willing to take the time with us to chose the product that best suited us, this is important to us and something missing in the majority of shops these days. We liked how the staff were on top of pricing of the products too, again usually something the customer does is price match, but the fact this was already done & up to date was so helpful. We had actually bought & returned an Eve mattress as after a trial period felt it wasn't for us and we have to say this was dealt with effectively too so we were happy to continue looking for another suitable mattress with Dreams. Delivery could be quicker, but we're not complaining as we have a spare bed we can use in the meantime. Overall highly satisfied customers.
