From the moment my partner and I walked in to the store, the staff were very fantastic and couldn't do enough to help. My partner and i didn't plan on purchasing a bed when we first entered the store and only wanted to browse the bed/mattresses. Staff at the store allowed us this space to browse ourselves but gave us advice when needed and stated if we have any questions to ask them and they would be more than happy to help. The lady (we can't remember her name unfortunately) who assisted us was great throughout, We couldn't decide what bed type we wanted but because we told her the style, she mentioned a bed that wasn't in store but had in stock online. As a result of this, this bed the lady showed us online was the one we ended up choosing. The friendly and approachable lady then put us on the sleep-match to help us choose a mattress best suited for us. We then tried a number of mattresses and managed to pick one that best suited us. The more than helpful lady was every chatty and found out that my partner and I are both Police officers, she mentioned this to he manager who in turn gave us pillows and a discount on our purchase. Brilliant service, Will definitely go back

We were served by Stuart in Llantrisant, he was very patient and allowed us time to have a good look around without being at all pushy. Each member of staff were very pleasant as we were making our way around the store. Must say I was very pleased with their service.

Excellent service and attention at all times from sales assistant Chris. No pressure selling, just solid product information and things to consider.

We weren't sure what type of mattress we were looking for but with the help of the customer advisor /sales person Jo, we found what we needed in no time. The experience was excellent.

Chris who dealt with us was amazing explained every thing so well very nice man ,even had a cuppa tea in store
