Chris, the member of staff who helped us, considered our wants and needs then made suggestions to meet them. He was very friendly and gave us plenty of options to consider. The store is bright, clean and had more than enough beds to choose from.

On arrival the staff member (Mike) approached us and was very very helpful.

Mike was really friendly and offered both my mum and me a drink when we arrived in store. He was very helpful and, after testing to see which mattress would be most suitable for me, he took me around all the ones that were available in that category. He didn't make me feel pressured into buying there and then and even suggested I went for a coffee next door to think about it. I was also able to take advantage of the recycling service of my old mattress and frame which I was very grateful for!

The sales assists knew about the bed and was knowledgeable. We had looked around a lot of bed stores looking for a solid slat bed and we were directed to one promptly.
