Service was friendly and efficient.

We dealt with Mike who was extremely helpful. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and was unable to lay on the beds due to having no immune system at the time of our visit. Mike got a clean sheet and new pillow for me to use on each bed in order to reduce the risk to my health. I can not express how professional both Mike and the store manager were. Fantastic service.

Experienced sales person

Staff were very helpful from the minute I arrived. They offered me a drink and put me at ease, they were not pushy at all. I tested out the new technology in store and lay on the bed which scanned my body to see which mattress would be best suitable for me having back problems. I was then shown several options of mattresses and lay on a number of beds. I was given all the information required regarding the differences. Staff were keen to listen and made recommendations based on my needs. I did not feel rushed at any stage. The service was exceptional and I would highly recommend Dreams to anyone. .

My husband and I are over 80 but Stuart took a reading from the analysing bed and showed us a variety of suitable mattresses which took the hassle out of our purchase and he was knowledgeable and well mannered.

I was satisfied with my experience due to the following 1. Was not jumped on when entering stores like other companies. Had the freedom to walk around for 5 min or so before being approached. 2. The approach was friendly and non pushy with no sales pitch. A basic introduction and information on current offers and instore facilities. 3. When approached product knowledge and understanding was excellent and the new sleep simulator was a fantastic experience. 4. Complete service offered from selection of product, accessories to the ordering process. 5. Very relaxed and enjoyable experience and will definitely be recommending. (in fact we have already recommended to many and told of the experience on the bed simulator!!)
