Mike was an absolute delight when I was looking for a bed and mattress. He had a lot of patience showing me what was on offer and how to find out what mattress would suit me best (well impressed with your new gadget in store) . He explained everything clearly and professionally and took great pride in is job. I never felt rushed or pressurized into buying anything I didn't want. Great experience.

The assistant understood our needs and guided us to suitable items and gave good and appropriate advice whilst allowing us to browse and acclimatise ourselves before we made our decision.
