Went in looking for a new mattress as thought knew what we wanted, using the technology showed us something different. Chris's knowledge of the products and our requirements, helped us to choose something that was comfortable and hopefully meets our long term need for a good nights sleep. There was no pushy sales pitch but a genuine wish to suggest the best product for us. In fact we ended up buying a new base and headboard.

We visited the Llantrisant Store recently and, after visiting another store in Cardiff the same day, we were pleased that the customer service assistant greeted us but did not follow us around while we were browsing. We like to take our time whilst shopping and not feel pressurised. So congratulations to the staff in Llantrisant for achieving that balance of being helpful but not suffocating.

I must say that the service I received was exceptional. I was not rushed in to making a choice of mattress, base or headboard. The assistant was extremely helpful and patient. I would definitely recommend Dreams

The store was very clean, bright and well laid out, the staff very friendly and welcoming and the gentleman that helped me, his name was Chris was brilliant, I went into the store with sheets of information and asked him if he could show the particular beds that i liked and he talked me through them all and then he helped me through the most important part, picking the correct mattress. I discovered that left to me i would have bought the totally wrong mattress for my back problem, so thank you Chris for all you help and advise. The ordering and delivery was no problem, everything is being delivered on Saturday and I can't wait for a good night's sleep in my new bed. My Mother was with me today and she was also very impressed with the store and the range of beds and choice of mattresses you have so you may have another customer soon.

We were greeted on entry to the store and assured that assistance was available. Christopher the salesman was very helpful and obviously had a excellent knowledge of the products. We eventually made our choice and an order placed and delivery arranged. We were extremely satisfied with the experience.
