Simon was extremely helpful without being pushy very knowledgable about the products couldn’t have been more helpful and went over and above with covid regulations made our experience much less stressful would definitely recommend to others

The experience was definitely because of the sales person Jo at your Llantrisant Branch. She was excellent and a really credit to dreams. I think if she personally hadn’t dealt with us I feel we may have left the store without making a purchase.

The staff acknowledged me as soon as i entered the store, they were very friendly and helpful. i seen a bed on line and wanted to view it in store. I ended up purchasing a different bed which was more expensive but i was pleased to have seen them side by side. It was an expensive buy but was told i could pay monthly which really helps. Jo was very helpful and friendly and she explained all the process. I have been widowed for 6 years so a new bed was a big commitment both financially and emotionally for me, and i am looking forward to having a new stylish bed

Great customer service and really sold the mattress to us. We went in the store with a budget of £500 but the salesman easily sold us a mattress worth over £1,000 and we are so glad! 100% satisfaction with the mattress and pillows

We were assisted in our choice by Mr Chris Davies who guided us throughthe various options and was very helpful in our final purchase.

The Store Manager Stuart was very helpful and knowledgeable is customer service was second to none. The mattress analysis tool was very impressive and helped us find the perfect bed and mattress. Stuart was not pushy which often puts me off with salesman and put the needs of us first before worrying about if he made the sale or not he wanted to make sure we were comfortable. We returned the day later to complete the sale mainly down to the excellent level of customer service we received from Stuart.
