The sales Man Simon at your Llantrisant site was super helpful and a gentleman! All my enquiries and requirements were fulfilled and more! A great experience and I'm sure my children will sleep as snug as bugs in their new beds, mattresses, pillows and duvets!!!

Friendly salesman ,well laid out store as to try the mattresses before purchase , tried to negotiate on price to sweeten my purchase , salesman would not move on price , but I was offered a reduction in price on a few pillows 😳 all in all a fair deal I think 😀

Good quality of product at a reasonable price. Simon was very knowledgeable and took time explaining it all to us to make sure that we made the right decision. Helpful tips to think about along the way. As we needed to delay delivery he was very accommodating

Very easy to come to a plan of what we needed. Simon helped us and took time to understand our needs and wishes for the mattress. Simon also offered us to use the sleepmatch machine

I came to the store first of all to see what was available. The lady assistant was very helpful. When I went home and digested the information I was given I returned to the store with my grandson the following day as I am 89 and wanted to be sure I was doing the right thing. He was able to ask a number of questions which were answered by a different assistant who once again gave me the assurance for placing my order.

Chris was very helpful, explained everything very clearly and didnt pressure us into anything we didnt want or need. Cannot praise him or the staff enough
