He did a test to see which mattress would suit us best and explained the differences in each mattress we were shown. I spoke to him on the phone the day before, stating my concerns that I had a mobility problem, to be able to walk around the store much, also being a larger lady, I had some concerns of sturdy quality of the beds. He was soooo assuring, which is the main reason I returned to make a purchase. He explained that they could do a test to ascertain the firmness of mattress we needed.
