His knowledge of the mattresses was extremely comprehensive snd he even offered us the bits i would have forgotten (a mattress protector etc) . Such excellent service. Very helpful staff I rang before coming into the store and I made an appointment over the telephone. The man explained the new ways of doing things with regards to social distancing that there would be gloves masks in store if we wanted to wear them. Christopher was great new his stuff and helped us choose the best bed for us. So friendly no pressure

I was assisted by the store manager in the Talbot Green store. It was my first time buying a bed as previously my parents have done so and the gentleman was very helpful, not pushy at all to buy anything and catered very well to my budget.
