Stuart was very friendly and took so much time in ensuring we had all the right products. The social distancing measures and safety measures were the best I have seen during this pandemic. The whole experience was great!

The hygiene practices in place were amazing, much better than other places we had been furniture shopping and the staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Michael in the Talbot Green store, and the lady (I didn't catch her name) were amazing. 10/10
