This was a pleasant experience visiting the Dreams store. The staff member we dealt with Mike, was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We were served by Michael who was well groomed and very polite, there was no hurry to make our choice, he put us on to the test bed to find the best matress for us etc. There was no pressure sales but just an enjoyable experience.
