The young man who served us was brilliant. He put us through trying the mattress going onto the mattress checker. He was really helpful. I would definitely go back to dreams and recommend it to anyone

I was highly satisfied because we were given a sleep test which my wife and i had never been offered before, and having just received a mattress replacement from another store we were really disappointed because we would have probably paid the difference for a more expensive, better quality mattress.Saying that we were never offered the sleep test when we originally purchased the 1st mattress from your Merthyr store, the replacement mattress was organised by the Bridgend store. We visited the Llantrisant store to purchase another mattress for a different bed, this store was the only store that offered us the sleep test, and we feel their customer service was much better because of this.
