The sales assistant was very accommodating during my visit hand sanitiser was available on entry to the store the store was spotlessly clean we were offered refreshments water/ tea the whole process was very good the sales assistant knew just what i needed after I discussed my back problems I was shown a variety of different beds to suit my needs a very good experience all round

The assistance and help I got in store was great and it was quick and easy to select the mattress I needed with the help of the store manager

Store Manager Stuart was very knowledgeable and approachable. His adherence to PPE guidelines made us very relaxed during the visit
