Chris and the rest of the sales team were really friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped inside. I was 90% thinking I’d buy a mattress, but Chris’s enthusiasm and knowledge turned that up to 100%.

Stuart - Customer Service advisor displayed excellent customer service from the second we stepped foot in the store. He explained the sleep technology to us and showed us 5 mattresses. All were explained How they world benefit our needs In full detail. We didn’t feel rushed at all and Stuart was extremely helpful answering all our questions. Best experience I have had going mattress shopping. Quick delivery only 2 weeks. I now can’t wait for it to arrive. Thank you Dreams we will be retiring for sure.

Staff were extremely helpful and offered plenty of advice but also allowed us time to talk and consider our options. They all adhered very well to social distancing and disinfecting areas we had visited.

The sales assistant was very accommodating during my visit hand sanitiser was available on entry to the store the store was spotlessly clean we were offered refreshments water/ tea the whole process was very good the sales assistant knew just what i needed after I discussed my back problems I was shown a variety of different beds to suit my needs a very good experience all round
