Stuart spent a good hour and a half with us working out what we wanted and letting us try all of the different mattresses (some of them multiple times as we were so indecisive). He then took the time to explain the benefits of the different accessories (pillows, duvets etc). We never once felt rushed or pressured and it was just a really nice shopping experience! I have already recommended Dreams to a number of people and will continue to do so! We are so excited to get our new mattress, we were slightly disappointed we had to wait 3 weeks for it to come; but that's only because our current mattress is so bad!

Jo was our assistant during our visit to the store. She was very friendly, obviously experienced and built an instant rapport with my 79 year old Mother (who we were shopping for) and myself. She did not rush any part of the Service. She answered all questions confidently and in a manner my Mother understood. She kept social distance rules and made my Mother feel safe.
