Jo was amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience fantastic from Start to finish. She was amazing with my son who was with us.

Because Chris and Richard went above and beyond for us! They was amazing and was very helpful helping me and my partner make the right choice for us. Offered us water upon arrival too. I suffer with anxiety and I had an awful day with another bed company who sent us a damaged and faulty bed but these guys made me feel at ease and was amazing sales men, very understanding of what we needed too. Made me feel confident in the bed we was purchasing

The customer service was 100% and very helpful with finding the correct product I needed.

The store is conveniently located for our needs the staff are very friendly and accommodating. My wife is disabled and in a wheelchair and access was not an issue for us at this store also the staff looked after our every need. Would recommend this store to others.

Visited the Talbot green branch on the 19/4/22 and a very experienced member of staff approached myself and my grandmother who helped us fantastically with finding my grandmother a new mattress, all services were provided to us within our experience of shopping here with being offered a bottle of water to taking time to explain which mattress would be suitable, I will be attending this store again as the staff were extremely helpful.

This is the 3rd time I have purchased from the Dreams Store in the last 18 months. The staff I have encountered have all been excellent and an asset to the store/Company.

I returned to this store for a second time because of the amazing service I received from the store manager and on the previous visit, Chris went above and beyond. Despite having a local store, I will return to Llantrisant to buy 2 bed frames in the near future.
