Dreams - Llantrisant

Went into dreams yesterday 30th November with my partner katie and i were blown away by the service we recieved. Im in retail myself as a manager and i rarely give reviews because you only ever hear people give bad reviews so im normally under the illusion no feedback is good feedback ... but yesterday i was so impressed . (I hope this actually gets back to the person) Chris provided unbelivable customer service from start to finish , he was extremely polite and friendly and made us relax straight away , he followed all social distancing measures and made sure he explained what he was doing with each step , he was extremely knowledgeable and didnt push anything on us as some sales people would do in other places . Such an honest and friendly guy who seems to go above and beyond for the customers which is what every retailer wants from thier staff ! Would highly reccomend this branch But more importantly i would highly reccomend Chris !!! If this could get back to the store manager that would be great

The service I received from Stuart in the llantrisant store was brilliant, there was no pressure to buy and we had loads of time to think about our purchase which was great.

The team were friendly & polite from the outset. Chris was very helpful & attentive to our needs.

Staff (Mike and Chris) were very knowledgeable and polite. COVID guidelines were adhered to satisfactorily and we felt very safe. We were offered bottled water to help with dry mouths due to face masks.
